How Octavia looks in my comic, Bridle Fantasy III: Discordant Throne.

She is the governess (live-in teacher) to Princess Sweetie Belle.

Edit: Made her muzzle much smaller, her neck shorter (I was emphasizing it for the collar, but I overshot it) Also made her torso (or whatever you call it on a horse), smaller. So pretty much, she's smaller all around. Also added a glisten to her eye to make her more lively seeming.
